Thomas W. Lehman

P.E.

Principal Consultant

Mr. Lehman has been an environment of care and life safety consultant for almost twenty years.  In this role, he has served both domestic and international clients to include multiple Veterans Administration and Department of Defense facilities throughout the United States. He has a military background, which makes him extremely effective in these settings.


In 2002, Mr. Lehman formed a medical office building/surgery center development company, Partners in Development, USA, LLC. As managing principal, he has provided development services to multiple medical clients to include program narrative, preliminary total project budgets, land acquisition, coordination of architectural services, contractor delivery systems (To include competitive bidding, bid analysis, assistance with selection/award of contract and mobilization of successful bidder), project production oversight and commissioning of facilities for occupancy.


In addition, Mr. Lehman has over 30 years of executive experience in health care, support services administration, including facilities planning, construction, contract and property management, safety, security, food service, environmental services, clinical engineering, plant operations and maintenance activities  He has provided senior oversight to multi-million dollars construction projects, orchestrated facilities strategic planning, provided leadership to all support services’ operations to include operations and maintenance and capital budgets and coordinated  compliance with Joint Commission Environment of Care® standards.


A Robust Process Improvement Certified Yellow Belt, Tom is trained in the foundational concepts and tools of problem solving to assist the client in improvements to better meet client expectations and organizational objectives.
